We are confident that you are meant for better things, things that come with salvation. For God is not unfair. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other Christians, as you still do. Our great desire is that you will keep right on loving others as long as life lasts, in order to make certain that what you hope for will come true.

In the Ozark Mountains there is a Christian sports camp called Kids Across America. The adults who commit themselves to this ministry and take kids from all over the USA are called Kaleos. The meaning of this Greek word is ‘called ones’.

Kaleos … God “will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other Christians, as you still do.”

Prayer Request: A group of 21 kids just left (3:15 a.m.) Jackson, MS for KAA. Please pray for their travel, their time at camp (7/20-27/2006), their encounter with Jesus Christ and His Word and their safe return. Lift up a praise of thanksgiving for their Kaleos (Michelle Daniel, Gennia Varnado, Bernice Grant and Marcus Sanders).
