Even when you walk through “the valley of the shadow of death” (Psalm 23:4), God is good. This was never more evident to me than the days and hours leading up to my Mother’s passing.

God was good through those who cared for and attended to my Mother.

God was good through my family who gathered close and loved each other.

God was good through all of you who prayed, called, sent messages and visited.

God was good as He poured out His comfort and peace.

God was good as He picked up my Mom, gathered her in His bosom and carried her to the place He has prepared for her.

God is good, ALL the time.
