The unfailing love of the LORD never ends! By his mercies we have been kept from complete destruction. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each day. I say to myself, “The LORD is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!” The LORD is wonderfully good to those who wait for him and seek him. So it is good to wait quietly for salvation from the LORD.

With the dawning of each new day, the LORD causes the sun to break forth on the eastern horizon and begin its march across the sky. Whether a bright, clear, sunny day or one where the clouds and rain hide the presence of the sun, it's still there.
So too is it with the mercies of the LORD. “… His mercies begin afresh each day.”
Not all our days are filled with joy and laughter. There are those where toil and tears abound. Whether I’m glad or sad, I know “the unfailing love of the LORD never ends!”
Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided,
Great is Thy faithfulness, LORD unto me!
